Orlando, Fla. (Sept. 6, 2022) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, today announced that Andrew Sineni, a 20-year commercial real estate and development veteran – has joined the platform as Senior Vice President of User Development Services, based in the firm’s Orlando office.
Sineni is relocating to Florida from the St. Louis, Mo. area, where he served with a global commercial real estate services and investment firm as the market leader for the company’s Project Management Group. In that role, Sineni and his team were responsible for a variety of programs and projects in all CRE sectors, serving as a key liaison between building owners, occupiers, consultants, and brokers.
Sineni will be working with Deal Principals and Foundry’s brokerage teams across the Southeast and Texas to identify and execute on commercial build-to-suit opportunities. As the firm’s Development & Investments (D&I) pipeline continues to grow – with 16.1 million square feet representing $2.5 billion in development and investment projects across the Sun Belt – the need for additional talent to support this burgeoning market segment has grown, and Sineni is stepping in to build out this area of the business.

Sineni received his bachelor’s degree in industrial design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale before going on to earn a master’s in architecture from the Academy of Art University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is an avid marathon runner.
