Dallas, Texas (Dec. 1, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is proud to announce that Executive Vice President Beth Lambert has been named by D CEO Magazine among the Top 500 professionals in Dallas, a recognition of her significant influence and leadership across the North Texas business community.
With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Lambert has built a career distinguished by her expertise in investment sales, debt structuring, and equity raising.
As a member of Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group, she has executed more than $20 billion in transactions across multiple asset classes, risk profiles, and geographies.
Her professional accomplishments have earned Lambert widespread recognition across the commercial real estate industry. She has been named a D CEO Power Broker, recognized among the Dallas Business Journal Top Women in Business, and honored with the GlobeSt. Women of Influence and Connect CRE Women in Real Estate awards. Additional accolades include acknowledgment from the Real Estate Forum Women in Real Estate, as well as distinction for two of her transactions: the 2023 Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deal and the 2023 D CEO Best Commercial Property Sale.
Lambert is also deeply engaged in industry leadership and community service. She holds national and local roles within CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) – including serving as National President and Dallas President – and actively participates in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the Dallas International Women’s Forum (IWF).
