Charlotte, N.C. and Nashville, Tenn. (August 15, 2023) – Foundry Commercial, a leading real estate services and investment firm, is proud to announce that Chief Human Capital Officer Brandy Garnero and Senior Vice President Carrie Bobb have been recognized as Women of Influence by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum in 2023.
GlobeSt Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence program honors remarkable women who have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and dedication in their respective roles, contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the real estate sector. As stated by the publication, “… these individuals have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes.”
Garnero, who has led the human resources function of Foundry Commercial since 2014, and Bobb, who joined Foundry late last year, have both shown unparalleled commitment to enhancing the firm’s reputation as a market leader in real estate services.

Garnero, based in Charlotte, is responsible for leading Foundry’s talent strategy and supporting the continued growth and development of its people and culture. Bobb, based in Nashville, is a 20+ year retail leasing and merchandising broker. In 2021, she launched hellojenny, a commercial real estate-focused digital marketing agency that uses social media as an income-generating platform for landlords. Foundry acquired hellojenny in April, and in addition to her retail brokerage role, she retains her position as President of the agency.
This year, the Women of Influence were recognized during an awards dinner in Lake Tahoe on July 25, 2023.
