Orlando, Fla. (June 16, 2022) – With demand continuing to increase for new industrial facilities throughout the country, Longpoint Realty Partners is rising to meet that demand with an additional 79,660 square feet of Class-A industrial in the Lee Vista submarket of East Orlando. The industrial park has been named Skypoint Logistics, and Foundry Commercial has been tapped to lease the space.
Comprised of two buildings, each warehouse facility will feature 39,830 RSF, with building depths of 100 feet, 150-foot truck court depths, three-phase power, ESFR fire protection, and LED lighting. Building 1 will be a grade-level facility with 24-foot clear height and Building 2 will be a dock-high facility with 28-foot clear height. This park can accommodate a tenant as small as 6,818 square feet or as large as 39,830 square feet.
Located at 6151 Judge Road, approximately 4 miles from the Orlando airport, warehouse space is currently available for pre-leasing, with an anticipated opening date of November 2022. Spec offices will be delivered upon completion, which will allow tenants to occupy immediately after the buildings are fully constructed.
