Overview
Crews Commerce Center is a 739,410 sf Class-A industrial park, two phase industrial development in South Orlando. Phase-I consisted of three buildings totaling approximately 300,000 sf and was completed in 2017. Phase II is expected to commence in 2018. The site is located at the convergence of the three major arteries serving regional distribution and an expanding tourism & convention industry. All of our competitors must drive by our site to get to theirs, and all of them offer far inferior access to the points of egress. The buildings also offer tremendous visibility onto the Florida Turnpike and US 441.
