Dallas, Texas (June 12, 2024) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, is proud to announce Beth Lambert has joined the firm as an Executive Vice President, based in the company’s Dallas office. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
As Executive Vice President, Lambert integrates her extensive experience in investment sales, debt origination/structuring, and equity raising to serve clients across various asset classes including industrial, retail, multifamily, and office. Although based in Dallas, she will serve clients nationwide. Her roles will crossover Foundry’s Investment Advisory as well as Debt & Structured Finance platforms, offering real-time solutions in response to market fluctuations. Her experience spans all facets of debt origination and encompasses a diverse array of debt products.
Lambert’s skillset extends to raising equity in various capacities, assisting clients with strategic projects and asset recapitalizations. Her proficiency ranges from low-occupancy value-add properties to fully occupied NNN investment-grade assets, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of associated risks and prospective buyers’ preferences.

Prior to joining Foundry, Lambert served in the Capital Markets Practice Group at Cushman & Wakefield. She is an active member of industry and community organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and The Real Estate Council (TREC), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and the betterment of the communities where she lives and works. Throughout her career, Lambert has been recognized with numerous accolades, such as the Dallas 500 Top Business Leaders, Real Estate Forum Women of Influence, Dallas Business Journal Women in Business, DCEO Power Leaders, and CREW Dallas Outstanding Achievement/Lifetime Award. She is a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University.
Foundry’s Dallas office has grown exponentially in the past two years, marked by strategic hires across various sectors.
