Charlotte, N.C. (May 20, 2021) – Development activity continues to heat up in Midtown Charlotte, as Summit Healthcare Group and Foundry Commercial release renderings for 1401 East Boulevard, a new construction development located at the intersection of East Boulevard and Scott Avenue. The building will feature up to 100,000 square feet of office space, with an average floor plate size of 35,660 square feet. The first level of the building is set aside for retail and lobby space. In addition, plans can accommodate a top-of-building rooftop with skyline views.
Situated only a few short miles from the central business district and I-277, 1401 East Boulevard offers direct access to the Sugar Creek Greenway, and is within walking distance of numerous retail amenities, including 25+ restaurants.
“We are thrilled to bring this project to the market. In looking at the East Boulevard corridor, we saw a great opportunity to bring a Class-A office building with a location that takes full advantage of the abundant amenities of both Dilworth and Midtown, along with a close proximity to Uptown,” said Tommy Catone, Principal, Summit Healthcare Group.
BB&M is serving as the architect for the development; Foundry Commercial has been tapped for leasing services; and Summit Healthcare Group is the developer. For office leasing information, contact Foundry Commercial’s Karah Stumler at 704-319-5081 or Meredith Ball at 704-705-3864.
