Charlotte, N.C. (October 6, 2020) – A topping out ceremony was recently held on the site of uptown Charlotte’s new FNB Tower, a 29-story building at 401 South Graham Street that encompasses office, multifamily, and retail opportunities. Before a celebratory – and socially distanced – gathering occurred to mark the milestone, everyone who has been involved in the construction of the tower signed the ceremonial “final beam.”
Developed by Dominion Realty Partners (DRP), completion for the FNB Tower is expected to occur in the beginning of the second quarter of next year. Batson-Cook Construction is the general contractor for the project. As the name of the tower alludes, Pittsburgh-based financial services company F.N.B. Corp. will be the anchor office tenant in the building, taking approximately 40,000 square feet of space in the tower to serve as its local banking headquarters. Foundry Commercial – a full-service real estate services and investment firm – is serving as office leasing representative for the property.
The FNB Tower – Charlotte currently has 116,915 available office RSF, 196 luxury high-rise multifamily units, and secure onsite parking.
