Orlando, FL. (August 24, 2023) –Foundry Commercial (“Foundry”), a full-service real estate services and investment firm, is pleased to announce the addition of 16 new senior living management assignments for Spring Arbor, its in-house senior living operator. With these new assignments, Spring Arbor now manages 40 communities in 10 states across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest. In addition to North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland, where Spring Arbor was already operating, Foundry now has a management presence in South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. Foundry is also growing its real estate portfolio, as they acquired White Springs Senior Living, a 90-unit senior living community in Warrenton, VA, earlier this month.
Kevin Maddron, Foundry’s President of Healthcare Services, expressed enthusiasm about the addition of these communities to Spring Arbor’s management portfolio. “These well-located communities not only add to Spring Arbor’s expanding geography, they bring an abundance of dedicated associates into our growing family of talented leaders. The addition of these 16 communities further underscores our dedication to improving the lives of seniors and their families through compassionate, person-centered care. We look forward to leveraging Spring Arbor’s experience and expertise to drive value for the owners of these communities, who include some of the most respected groups in our industry.”
With these added communities, Foundry and its affiliated joint venture operating partner, Cascadia Senior Living, now operate 54 communities in 12 states.
“In addition to real estate acquisitions in the senior living space, we continue to look for high quality regional operating platforms who are energized by what we have created at Foundry – a place where talented individuals with a passion for senior living can thrive,” Maddron added.
