Dayton, Ohio (July 23, 2024) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, recently assisted ARCTOS Technology Solutions with several strategic real estate portfolio moves in Dayton, Ohio. Foundry Managing Director Andrew Genova, MPS, in collaboration with local Dayton-based broker Amber Wenzler, successfully concluded a three-part transaction for ARCTOS Technology Solutions, a leading defense contractor with nationwide operations.
The first phase of this transaction involved the disposition of ARCTOS’ long-standing headquarters to Sheetz, a renowned convenience store chain. This strategic move proved advantageous for both ARCTOS and Sheetz, aligning the property’s use with the highly retail-centric nature of the area. The second phase entailed relocating ARCTOS’ headquarters team closer to Patterson Air Force Base, into a premier Class-A office space situated in the highly desirable ‘Dayton East’ submarket. The last phase was to relocate its long-standing manufacturing facility to a location that achieves additional accessibility for its customers along with optimized efficiencies for operations.
Andrew Genova has maintained a longstanding relationship with Chris Greamo, CEO and President of ARCTOS. Greamo’s partnership approach underscores the significant value that Foundry’s occupier advisory and brokerage teams deliver when they become an integral part of a company’s real estate operations.
“Our longstanding relationship and commitment to addressing our clients’ real estate challenges allowed us to reset ARCTOS’ Dayton footprint by methodically executing a multipronged strategy that highlighted their commitment to their customers, employees, and operations,” said Genova.
Amber Wenzler, SIOR, of Apex Commercial Group, who has a strategic relationship with Genova, served as the best “boots-on-the-ground” real estate partner for these transactions. She reinforced, “The new headquarters was chosen for its flexible space and modern image, perfectly aligning with ARCTOS’ vision and the needs of its employees. Both facilities improved accessibility for both employees and clients, ensuring a convenient and efficient working environment.”
