Orlando, Fla. (August 5, 2025) – Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group (IAG) is scaling nationally to meet renewed demand for sophisticated capital markets expertise, adding associate Chris DeMartino to its Orlando headquarters and rounding out a coast to coast bench of talent.
Over the past 12 months, the IAG platform—originally launched from Nashville—has strategically extended its footprint with the hires of Beth Lambert (Dallas), Mark Lindenbaum (Atlanta) Blake Thomas (Raleigh), and Will Harding (Jacksonville), and recently hired a new analyst, Madison Dulon, in Nashville. These additions, combined with DeMartino’s arrival, give clients broader geographic reach and deeper execution capacity as transactional activity begins to accelerate.
“We built a winning model in Nashville, but bandwidth from a single office could only take us so far,” said Rick Helton, Managing Director & Partner who leads the group. “By seeding proven professionals in key growth markets ahead of the full capital markets rebound, we’re ensuring clients have on the ground expertise wherever opportunities arise.”
DeMartino, a College of Charleston graduate who previously helped manage a $225 million GP fund at South Street Partners, joins forces in Orlando with Lawson Dann, Senior Vice President and seasoned investment sales broker. The pairing combines Dann’s national relationships and decades of deal experience with DeMartino’s analytical rigor and next generation market insight.
“Foundry’s platform already delivers best in class research and execution,” said Lawson Dann. “With Chris bolstering our quantitative capabilities, we can respond to clients faster, underwrite opportunities more precisely, and ultimately drive greater value across every transaction we touch.”
Foundry Commercial’s Investment Advisory Group provides full service investment sales and debt placement solutions across the Sunbelt and beyond, leveraging the firm’s integrated leasing, property management, and development platform to deliver data driven, client first outcomes.
