The acquisition of White Springs marks the 30th senior living community Foundry has added to its seniors housing real estate portfolio since its launch in 2020.
Located in Warrenton, VA, White Springs Senior Living offers a range of personalized care services, including assisted living and memory care. The community boasts 90 well-appointed units, providing a nurturing and compassionate environment for seniors to thrive.
Under the ownership of Foundry Commercial, White Springs Senior Living will be managed by Spring Arbor Senior Living, Foundry’s in-house seniors housing operating company. Spring Arbor is widely recognized for its exceptional care and employs over 1,500 caring professionals across Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. This latest acquisition further reinforces Foundry’s commitment to investing strategically in the highest quality senior living communities that prioritize the care and well-being of residents.

The acquisition was led by Foundry’s Development & Investments Principal, Ryan Weekes, as well as Vice President of Operations for Seniors Housing, Zach Strunk, with support from corporate and regional Spring Arbor associates. Transaction financing for the acquisition was arranged by Capital Funding Group (CFG).
