Jacksonville, Fla. (July 13, 2021) – Foundry Commercial represented Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB) in the company’s recently announced global headquarters relocation from Short Hills, New Jersey to Jacksonville, Fla. The move, which is anticipated to occur by late summer, is to Town Center II, located on Gate Parkway in the heart of the St. Johns Town Center area at J. Turner Butler Blvd. and I-295.
Dun & Bradstreet purchased Town Center II for their new headquarters. Town Center II is an Energy Star-certified building located at 5335 Gate Parkway. Built in 2019, the 14+ acre lot and 218,700-square-foot building was selected to give the Dun & Bradstreet headquarters exceptional prominence and accommodate future growth plans.
In a press release from Dun & Bradstreet, the company’s CEO Anthony Jabbour stated: “We are proud to be owners of the Town Center II building, a recently developed property that meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability today and is located in one of the fastest growing areas of Jacksonville.
