Jacksonville, Fla. (December 21, 2021) – iMethods, an award-winning national healthcare IT consulting company based in Jacksonville, recently purchased a 17,244-square-foot office building at 4230 Southpoint Parkway, Jacksonville, 32216, which was previously owned and occupied by First Florida Credit Union. Brad Chrischilles, Principal with Foundry Commercial, represented the buyer in the transaction.
“Our fast growth forced us to look for a bigger location on the southside. We are thrilled with the purchase of the building and love the unique architecture and history of the bank, the beautiful ‘park-like’ setting with room for us to grow and bring our fun and creative culture to life there,” stated Clint Drawdy, Chief Executive Officer of iMethods. “We have worked with Brad and Foundry multiple times and love the blend of professional service with a genuine personal feel. Brad worked tirelessly to find us the perfect fit in a challenging commercial market, and we are thankful for his support over so many years.”
