Orlando, FL (December 10, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is proud to announce that 250 S. Park Avenue has been awarded the BOMA Orlando TOBY Award for Renovated Building, honoring the exceptional quality, performance, and management of this premier Winter Park asset. Presented annually by the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the TOBY Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.
The achievement is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the Foundry Commercial management team. Brenna Hubbard, Senior Property Manager; Kaitlin Galvan, Assistant Property Manager; and Robert Lopez, Lead Engineer, were recognized for performance.
In addition to the team’s collective success, Kaitlin Galvan was honored individually as Assistant Property Manager of the Year, underscoring her outstanding contributions and impact. Although Kaitlin recently joined Foundry Commercial, she has quickly established herself as a valued team member committed to delivering exceptional service and support to tenants and ownership.
Several significant capital improvement projects at 250 S Park Ave – including elevator modernization, roof replacement, electrical switchgear replacement, chiller replacements, and more – were executed under the guidance of Mark Meyer, Senior Project Manager with Foundry Commercial. These upgrades were instrumental in enhancing the building’s long-term operational efficiency and is what qualified 250 Park’s eligibility in earning the TOBY Renovated Building distinction.
“We are incredibly proud of Brenna, Kaitlin, Robert, and the entire team at 250 S. Park Avenue. Their dedication reflects Foundry’s commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of asset and property management,” said Cary Fronstin, Foundry’s Director of Property Management Operations. “We are grateful to the ownership group for the confidence they place in us to steward such a high-quality asset in the Central Florida region.”
Award winners from the BOMA Orlando Gala will now advance to compete at the Southern Region level, with the opportunity to move on to the international competition next year.
