Charlotte, N.C. (Nov. 7, 2025) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, is pleased to announce Davis Hammond has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate on the Land Advisory team.
Hammond comes to Foundry from a private equity firm focused on multifamily development, bringing a strong track record of client-focused service and market insight. In his new role, he will collaborate closely with Foundry’s Land Advisory team, which leverages decades of development and transaction experience to assist owners, master planners, and developers with site selection, underwriting, and deal marketing. He will tap into Foundry’s team-first culture and trusted network to guide clients through land decisions that strengthen communities. A Charlotte native, Hammond is deeply committed to contributing to the continued growth and vibrancy of his hometown.
“We are so excited to welcome Davis to the team,” said Partner Tommy Trimble. “His deep Charlotte roots and experience in site sourcing make him a natural fit for how we serve clients and invest in our communities as we continue to expand in the Carolinas and beyond.”
In recent months, the team represented the seller of a 17-acre parcel for a 120-lot townhome community at The Park–Huntersville and facilitated the sale of roughly 200 acres of the historic Westmoreland Dairy Farm in Huntersville to Shea Homes, reinforcing the team’s trusted role in the Carolinas land market.
Hammond graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Society. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors, and experiencing everything Charlotte has to offer.
