Orlando, Fla. (July 23, 2024) – Foundry Commercial’s marketing team has once again received national recognition in the 2024 Graphic Design USA (GDUSA) In-House Design Awards, honoring the creativity and excellence that in-house teams bring to their companies. This year’s competition received almost 3,000 entries. Only the top 10% were chosen as winners, and Foundry’s team brought home an impressive total of ten awards.

FOUNDRY’S INVESTMENT ADVISORY GROUP (IAG) SOUTHEAST CAPITAL MARKETS REPORT
Investment Advisory Group (IAG) Southeast Capital Markets Report provides both a national and regional perspective. This report recaps 2023 statistics by commercial property sector. Headed up by Senior Marketing Associate Emily Holt, this project is crafted to ensure both the content and design are of the highest quality and is distributed semiannually to 1,500+ partners, clients, and colleagues.

This redesigned 2024 Capabilities Brochure is a cutting-edge eBook that highlights IAG’s unparalleled expertise, professionalism, and transactional proficiency across Foundry’s expansive footprint and nationwide scope. Also under Emily Holt’s leadership, the brochure incorporated Foundry’s brand fonts and color palette.

FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL WELLNESS WEEK
In an annual initiative, Foundry dedicates a week to emphasize financial, physical, mental, social, and intellectual wellness. Marketing and Human Capital project leads plan, collaborate, and create a schedule of fun events for the given week each year. Graphic Designer Haley Felton was responsible for this entry.

CREEKSIDE LOGISTICS KEEP ON TRUCKIN’ EVENT
Led by Graphic Design Manager Tara Ashton, the ‘Keep on Truckin’ theme of the broker event for this three-building industrial park was chosen based on the industrial segment having semi-trucks for tenants and clients. The collateral consisted of an eblast invitation, brochures highlighting the park details, personalized name tags, pins for the custom trucker hats made at the event, koozies, and retractable banners showcasing each building’s details.
SOUTHRIDGE85 BROKER EVENT
Held during the month of March, the lunchtime event took on a theme inspired by the March Madness arena atmosphere. Attendees could enter a $125 giveaway, had a chance to win a March Madness Bracket Competition, and participate in a “half court hoops” contest with the chance to win custom Nike Dunks. Ashtin Hmielewski was responsible for this entry.
ATLANTA OFFICE LOOK & FEEL
Foundry’s Atlanta office offered a unique opportunity to unveil a refreshed ‘look and feel’ to be used in social media and editorial design. The new look and feel uses eye-catching typography, bold contrast, and minimal layouts to reflect the ideals of the Atlanta team – an urban identity with a raw feel. Olivia Griffin was responsible for this entry.

These were a series of digital ads showcasing a unique, newly renovated office concept for lease in Atlanta. Digital Marketing Manager Lauren Marquess was responsible for this entry.
2024 SUMMIT RECAP VIDEO
Foundry’s Annual Producer Summit brings together brokers and producers throughout the company to share ideas, best practices, and deepen relationships across the platform. Also under the leadership of Lauren Marquess, this recap video provides the entire company’s associate-base with a high-level overview of what is accomplished during the Summit and to inspire everyone to start the year off rejuvenated and excited about the prospects for the year ahead.

SERVE WEEK 2024 SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN
During Serve Week 2024, Foundry Commercial’s entire associate-base spread out throughout the U.S. to complete service projects for those in need. The intent of the social media efforts was to keep associates and external viewers updated about the travels and efforts happening during the week, giving them an inside look at the real-time activities happening across the platform. Lauren Marquess was also responsible for this entry.
