Orlando, Fla. (November 1, 2023) – hellojenny, an industry-leading digital marketing platform and wholly owned subsidiary of Foundry Commercial, was recently awarded three 2023 MarCom Awards for submissions across social video, social branding campaign, and Instagram site categories.
MarCom Awards, an international creative competition for marketing and communication professionals, recognize outstanding achievement in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. There were over 6,500 entries from throughout the U.S., Cananda, and 43 other countries. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, public relations firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers.

Center Cal Properties brought the hellojenny team on board to craft an Instagram marketing strategy and profile to rekindle audience engagement for their property, Bridgeport Village, located in Tigard, Oregon. As a result, Bridgeport Village’s Instagram profile saw a 16.3% growth rate in followers, demonstrating not only the successful reengagement of its existing audience, but also the ability to attract new followers who were excited about the new look and future tenant openings.
The hellojenny team was brought in by ShopCore Properties to create a campaign video around the launch of three new murals at their center, The Shops at La Jolla Village. The campaign achieved an impressive organic reach of over 10,000, spotlighting the artistic transformation at The Shops at La Jolla Village.
hellojenny, in collaboration with ShopCore Properties for the Shops at Skyview, set out on a creative endeavor for a Lunar New Year celebration marked by various festivities, including a party, captivating performances, and a float in the parade. The objective was to boost the event attendance, increase Skyview’s overall brand awareness, and engage local consumers by encouraging them to post on their social media. The results of this campaign led to over 15,000 organic impressions and more than 1,100 photos taken with the effect.
It was announced in April that Foundry Commercial had acquired hellojenny, which is focused on helping landlords drive revenue for tenants both digitally and to brick and mortar. Tactics used by hellojenny to create a digital sales funnel for landlord leasing teams include comprehensive property analysis and market research; direct outreach; social media analytics applied to custom leasing tools; pop-up retail initiatives; property social media management and strategy; tenant relations; influencer marketing; strategic brand collaborations, as well as custom videography and photography.
