Dallas, Texas (July 21, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is pleased to announce that Jacob Stover has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in its Dallas office, where he works within the firm’s Land Services team. With a strong background in commercial real estate and a decorated athletic career, Stover brings a unique blend of competitive drive, strategic insight, and community commitment to his new role.
He joins Foundry from Henry S. Miller, where he built a strong track record in the North Texas land and industrial outdoor storage market. He was named a 2025 Top Producer and was consistently among the firm’s leaders in listings. His disciplined approach, business acumen, and ability to foster lasting relationships have made him a trusted advisor to clients.
“Jacob’s addition strengthens our ability to represent landowner and land buyer clients with experience and reliability,” said Marty Neilon, Senior Vice President and leader of Foundry Commercial’s Dallas land team. “He broadens our reach across Dallas-Fort Worth and helps position Foundry for the unique and important development cycle ahead in Texas.”
“Bringing Jacob on board is a strategic step in our ongoing commitment to build high-performing brokerage teams across all service lines,” said Steve Bassett, Texas Market Leader for Foundry Commercial. “His addition reflects the strong momentum we’re experiencing in the Dallas office, where we’ve welcomed five new brokers so far in 2025 as part of our long-term growth strategy.”
Stover earned his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a focus in advertising and public relations. Before transitioning to real estate, Stover had a highly successful career as a professional lacrosse player.
Outside of work, he remains deeply involved in the community, serving as Head Lacrosse Goalie Director at Highland Park High School and running a private training business where he mentors young athletes.
Foundry Commercial’s Dallas land team offers more than two decades of Dallas-Fort Worth land brokerage experience and has facilitated over $1 billion in land transactions across the region. Stover’s arrival marks another strategic step in the firm’s continued growth and service to clients navigating North Texas’ evolving landscape.
