Dallas, Texas (March 1, 2022) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, welcomes industry veteran Jim Hayden as Managing Director of Corporate Solutions. While Hayden will be based in Foundry’s Dallas office, he will be developing solutions for occupier clients on a national basis.
Hayden has more than 25 years in the commercial real estate industry solely focused on delivering solutions to optimize operations, productivity, and business efficiency. He has deep experience across all corporate real estate functions – encompassing strategic planning, transactions and brokerage, design, and construction and facilities management. His work has also crossed all property types including retail, office, industrial, flex, call centers, and data centers.
Over his career, Hayden has managed client relationships and global account teams of 400+ members, portfolios of 24 million+ square feet with annual operating P/Ls of $875+ million. Through strategic cost optimization programs, his teams have delivered over $360 million in annual run-rate savings to clients. Hayden has deep experience building executive partnerships and solutions to over 50 contracts with 1.2 billion square feet.

In his role, Hayden will be focused on expanding as well as developing partnerships to provide integrated solutions for corporate real estate departments. His years of experience include leading global and national full-service accounts, managing global advisory and transaction platforms, as well as leading outsourcing sales and solution efforts for multi-market occupiers.

Hayden attended Southern Methodist University, where he graduated from the Cox School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a real estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He remains active in the community, where he is a Dad’s Club board member at Ursuline Academy of Dallas and volunteers at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas as well as Christ the King Catholic School.
