(May 13, 2025) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, is proud to announce that Jim Hayden, Partner and Managing Director of Real Estate Solutions, has been recognized as the 2025 Service Provider of the Year by CoreNet Global’s Carolinas chapter during the organization’s CORE Awards.
Presented annually, the Service Provider of the Year award honors individuals whose performance, client service, and professionalism elevate the standard for excellence in corporate real estate. Recipients are recognized for consistently delivering real estate services above and beyond client expectations, surpassing company goals, and creating innovative solutions to corporate real estate challenges. CoreNet Global, through its Carolinas chapter – one of the most active chapters with nearly 5,000 members – champions professional development, growth, and thought leadership in the commercial real estate industry while recognizing those who make significant impacts to advance service excellence and results for occupiers.
As Foundry Commercial’s national leader for Real Estate Solutions, Hayden has been instrumental in scaling the occupier services platform to meet the needs of complex, multi-location clients. In 2024 alone, he led sales solution efforts in close partnership with Foundry markets and producers to secure national strategic partnerships with portfolios totaling over 860 sites and 7.7 million square feet.. In the Carolinas, Hayden led a multi-year engagement supporting the rapid retail expansion of a global tire manufacturer and services company, securing multiple sites across South Carolina.
