Katie has been involved in the planning of the TRENDS Conference for several years, helping to raise it to the level of being regarded among the nation’s most prestigious conferences. One of the hallmarks of FSU’s Real Estate Center is that it extends learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom, deliberately encouraging engagement between students and professionals in the industry.
“Katie has always raised her hand when a student wants to talk with an industry professional one-on-one. In all regards, she’s always been available to the program and our students,” added Baker.
Katie graduated from FSU with dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance in 2002. In addition to her involvement with the FSU Real Estate Center, including serving on the school’s Conference Committee for several years, she has also been a board member of the Tampa Bay Seminole Club and is a member of the Florida State University Alumni Association.
