Raleigh, N.C. (March 10, 2022) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, welcomes Ken Wygle as Vice President of Retail Services.
Wygle brings 20 years of experience to the retail leasing and brokerage team for the Carolinas. His background primarily includes experience in leasing grocery-anchored and regional power centers, mixed-use developments, and outparcel development. Most recently, Wygle was responsible for a portfolio of over 30 shopping centers totaling over 3 million square feet in the Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky markets. His experience includes working with local tenants as well as national retailers such as Kroger, TJX, Burlington, Michaels, Petsmart, REI, Ulta, Walgreens, Five Below, McDonald’s, Panera, and Starbucks. In his role, Wygle will be working with clients on both the landlord and tenant sides to lease, buy, and sell retail properties throughout the Carolinas.

Wygle is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is involved with Corral Riding Academy, a Triangle-area non-profit organization focused on helping at-risk youth.
