Orlando, Fla. (March 4, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is pleased to announce that Director of Project Management Mark Meyer has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of Central Florida’s 2025 Real Estate Dealmakers in the ‘Community Impact’ category.
Meyer’s recognition stems from over four decades of impact on nonprofits in the Central Florida community. Throughout the years, he has served highly regarded and impactful organizations in the region such as the YMCA, Coalition for the Homeless, Campus Crusade for Christ, Wycliffe Bible Translators, and 4Roots. Meyer takes a unique holistic approach to his work with an aim of helping each organization thrive.
One aspect that has proven his deep impact and sets him apart from others is his development of a proprietary approach he calls the Preliminary Program Study, a comprehensive deep-dive into an organization’s real estate planning needs. By spending time pouring into these needs at the beginning of the process, Mark and determine how to assist clients in the most cost-effective way. Meyer’s intentional nature through this initiative, combined with his passion for community-minded projects, makes it evident to clients that he values the good of the community above all else. He is known to build relationships with clients that last long after a deal closes.
