Seasoned real estate professional brings nearly two decades of experience and relationship-driven leadership to the team
Jacksonville, Fla. (May 28, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is pleased to announce that Pat Buckley has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, based in the company’s Jacksonville office. With more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Buckley brings to the role a proven track record of success, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong commitment to teamwork and client service. Pat spent most of his career in Boston before moving to the Jacksonville area, most recently working at NAI Hallmark.
Throughout his career, Buckley has been known for his goal-oriented leadership style and his ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. He has represented notable tenants including Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Santander Bank, Bankers Life & Casualty, Unum, Delaware North, Flywire, and Intarcia Therapeutics. Additionally, he has partnered with top-tier landlords such as Brookfield Office Properties, Beacon Capital, Equity Office, Rockpoint, Synergy Investments, and Boston Properties on high-profile leasing campaigns.

Outside of his professional work, Buckley is actively involved in the community. He currently coaches with Ponte Vedra Youth Lacrosse and previously served on the board of Lincoln-Sudbury Youth Lacrosse and Bridge Over Troubled Waters. He is also a former Steering Committee Member of The CFO Leadership Council.
Buckley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University.
