–Foundry’s Growth in Southeast Continues with Appointment of Experienced Landlord-Tenant Representative–
RALEIGH, N.C. (November 29, 2018) – Foundry Commercial, the multi-city commercial real estate firm with offices across the Southeast and Texas, announces today the addition of Ross Diachenko to the company’s Raleigh office. He will serve as a Senior Associate Broker, focused on tenant and landlord representation.
Diachenko joins Foundry from TradeMark Properties, where he held a similar role. He has developed a specialty in assisting tenant rep clients with site selection throughout the state, and he has also focused on assisting landlord clients with sales and leasing in downtown urban environments. Since 2016, Diachenko has completed over 75 transactions with local and national retailers valued at over $30 million.
“We are excited to have Ross join our team. He is a rising star that has developed a great network within the retail industry in a relatively short period of time,” said James Mattox, II, Managing Director of the Raleigh office of Foundry Commercial. “His hustle and grit will fit right in with the retail team and the overall Foundry culture.”
“The opportunity to team up with industry leaders –whom I consider to be some of the best retail brokers in the market – was what initially attracted me to Foundry Commercial,” Diachenko stated. “The company has an incredible reputation and their people-oriented approach and commitment to providing the best service are values that really resonate with me.”
Diachenko is a member of the Retail Brokers Network, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Professional Network and is on the NC-CCIM Programs Committee. He is actively involved in his church – Sacred Heart Cathedral Downtown Raleigh – and contributes to charitable organizations such as The Jimmy V Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
