Overview
Westpark 85 is a Class-A industrial park development, to be comprised of five buildings totaling just over 1M square feet of space on 100 acres in the Airport/West industrial submarket of Charlotte, NC. The project is is located along I-85 with proposed access to Sam Wilson Rd, in the northwest quadrant of the I-85/I-485 interchange. The development will deliver five rear-load buildings across two phases, ranging in size from 175,760 sf to 256,880 sf, and accommodate demand from both single and multi-tenant users. We were able to purchase the land well below market in a 6.5% vacant market and a submarket that is nearly 100% leased.
