Raleigh, N.C. and Charlotte, N.C. (July 24, 2025) – Foundry Commercial is proud to announce that Jane Doggett, CCIM, Market Leader of the Raleigh office, and Karah Tanneberger, Senior Vice President of Office Agency Leasing in the Charlotte office, have been named among the 2025 honorees for GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence. Their exceptional leadership, deep market expertise, and transformative impact on the commercial real estate industry earned them this prestigious recognition.
The honorees will be celebrated during the 6th Annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference and Awards program in Denver, an event that brings together leaders from across the country to acknowledge the critical role of women in today’s commercial real estate landscape.
“The power of influence is vast, and guiding forces, such as influencers, yield such clout that they are able to effect change through direct and, more often than not, indirect action,” states GlobeSt. in its description of the awards. “Since 1983, GlobeSt. has recognized a growing number of commercial real estate female professionals for their remarkable achievements… We are honored to once again shine a spotlight on the Women of Influence, class of 2025.”
Jane has achieved remarkable success as the leader of a 50-person office within Foundry Commercial, one of the highest-producing market offices in the 18-year-old real estate services and investment platform. She has been instrumental in restructuring office functions to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. One of her notable achievements of the past year includes picking up representation of 585,000 square feet through two brand-new assignments for Foundry’s Raleigh office.
“Jane exemplifies the qualities of a Woman of Influence through her leadership, commitment to her community, and contributions to the Triangle commercial real estate market,” said Gregg Ickes, President of Foundry Commercial. “Her ability to inspire and drive meaningful impact makes her a standout professional.”
For a decade, Karah has been a mainstay on the Foundry Commercial office landlord leasing team, consistently delivering results for some of the most prominent names in the industry. Her portfolio includes representation of major institutional investors and developers such as Cousins Properties, Third & Urban, Prudential, Long Wharf, Redline Property Partners, TPA Group, and BGO, among others.
“In a time when the office sector has faced extraordinary challenges, Karah has shown what it means to lead with both clarity and conviction,” said John Ball, Charlotte Market Leader, Foundry Commercial. “Her ability to advise institutional clients, reposition assets, and secure transformative leases speaks volumes about her market expertise.”
This recognition underscores the continued contributions of women who are shaping the future of commercial real estate and driving the industry forward with integrity, innovation, and influence.
