About This Project
This Addy Award-winning project was part of a drip campaign to announce a new project in an emerging neighborhood, NoDa, in Charlotte, NC. The name of the project had not been announced, and our goal was to get people talking. We sent a series of mailers starting with guerrilla marketing and leading up to the final announcement of the brand.

Horizon Landing Groundbreaking Dallas
About This Project
The transformation of 4000 Horizon Way in Irving, TX turned an underutilized office site near DFW Airport into a prime industrial development opportunity. The project earned recognition as the “Best Industrial Real Estate Deal of 2023” by the Dallas Business Journal. To build on the momentum, Foundry’s team rebranded the property as “Horizon Landing” and staged a striking groundbreaking event featuring sledgehammers. This bold approach amplified the buzz surrounding the project and strengthened its market presence.

About This Project
Our team collaborated with Creative City Project to have one of its premier showcases “JOYBOX” hosted in a vacant space in the Fulcrum office building that we lease. A grand opening broker event was planned by our team that included custom branded swag. We created a promotional video that quickly gained traction on social media and won an AWC Clarion Communications award.

Foundry United is a bi-annual magazine highlighting recent news, original content written or co-written by associates, and culture announcements about the company. A copy of the magazine is given out to all Foundry associates and is also sent to clients and used for recruiting.
