Bernadette Kelly serves as a Senior Graphic Designer for Foundry Commercial in the Charlotte, NC office. In her role, Bernadette works to develop creative marketing materials and collateral that supports all service lines across the firm. She partners closely with brokers, marketing, and leadership to deliver thoughtful, visually compelling design solutions that strengthen brand storytelling and client engagement.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Bernadette served as a Senior Graphic Designer for Compass Group USA, where she supported multiple national brands through campaign design, packaging, and motion graphics. Her design career began in the country club industry, where she gained hands-on creative experience at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, and Charlotte Country Club in Charlotte, NC. With a background spanning hospitality, food and beverage, and real estate, Bernadette brings a versatile and strategic approach to every project she takes on.
