Overview
Emily has over four years of experience working on commercial real estate investments and portfolios. She is currently a Senior Associate working for the development and investments team and the investment management team at Foundry Commercial. In her role, she underwrites various investment opportunities, assisting with all the required steps involved in closing, managing, and realizing an asset. She also supports the investment management team with portfolio management and fundraising efforts.
Prior to working for Foundry Commercial, Emily started her career as an equity asset management analyst for PCCP where she helped manage roughly 15 deals while finishing her undergraduate degree remotely. Emily graduated from Florida State University’s business school with a degree in finance and real estate in April 2021. During her time in college, she served as the President of the Real Estate Society where she led meetings, tours, and networking events. Her first job opportunity within the commercial real estate industry was an internship with the State Board of Administration of Florida’s Real Estate department where she worked closely with the acquisitions manager and assisted portfolio managers in analyzing investment opportunities. Emily then interned for USAA Real Estate’s summer internship program within their capital markets and portfolio management departments. Lastly, she worked as an intern for a local real estate appraiser in Tallahassee, FL prior to joining PCCP.

- Helped package boxes of food for families facing hunger in South Florida.
- Loggerhead Marinelife Center
- Organized a beach cleanup for the Boca Raton Foundry office through Loggerhead Marinelife Center where roughly 20 people collected 14 lbs of debris, of which 97% was made of plastic.
- Student Assistant Volunteer at The Cooper City Recreation Department‘s Youth Volunteer Program
- Helped supervise kids between 3rd-5th grade and assisted with community events for the families of Cooper City, FL.
