Terry Holmes is the Real Estate Manager in Atlanta, Georgia for Foundry Commercial and has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. Terry specializes in many aspects of commercial, industrial, and retail property operations. She is very organized with experience in monthly financial reporting, preparation of annual budgets and accounting systems.
Her achievements include capital improvements, tenant buildouts, tenant relocations, speculative suites and roof installation while utilizing strong administrative skills in CAM reconciliations, tenant billings and invoice processing.
