Overview
Carrie Meek International Business Park is a 122-acre site located on the grounds of the Opa-Locka Executive Airport in North- Central Miami-Dade County. Originally planned as a multi-phase development, the site has been converted into a build-to-suit for a 2.4M square foot user and a single, 280,000 sf speculative warehouse. Both buildings are under construction and expected to deliver in 2018. The development is being done in a joint venture with the Carrie Meek Foundation, who will work with the local community to help prepare and connect the local residents with the employers who will be locating on site and creating more than 1,000 new jobs.
