Atlanta, Ga. (November 12, 2025) – AMX Logistics, an asset trucking and third-party logistics company, has announced its selection of Atlanta’s Interlock Tower in West Midtown for its new Atlanta 3PL headquarters – a move that will bring more than 200 net new jobs to the city by the end of 2026.
Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, represented AMX in the 20,299-square-foot sublease transaction. The Foundry brokerage team included Phil Costabile and Lawrence “LG” Gellerstedt, IV.
“Our team has been fortunate to work with many high-growth companies over the years and is experienced in helping founders navigate creative real estate strategies from early stages through national expansion,” said Phil Costabile, Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial. “This move is not only a major commitment to Atlanta, but specifically the West Midtown submarket.”
AMX’s decision to anchor its growth in Atlanta underscores the city’s talent pool and strategic location within the Southeast’s logistics corridor. West Midtown, which has seen more measured leasing activity in recent months, is now poised to benefit from the addition of a rapidly scaling logistics company.
“AMX is growing quickly, and this location positions us to serve our clients and partners even better,” said Collins White, AMX’s President. “We were drawn to Interlock Tower’s connectivity, energy, and visibility.”
The logistics company’s new space will serve as a strategic hub to support its regional operations and corporate growth. With easy access to major corridors and modern office amenities, Interlock Tower offers the perfect blend of convenience and quality. The landlord was represented by Aileen Almassy and Will Porter of Partners, and the property is owned by SJC Ventures.
“Interlock Tower is the only Class-A office building that is immediately adjacent to the Georgia Tech campus, making it a big draw,” said Jeff DeHart, Principal at SJC Ventures. “That provides companies with the unique opportunity to recruit and access all of the technology being developed on campus. Additionally, one of the things we were able to do for AMX since they had an immediate occupancy need, is offer them one of our spec suites that is already built out while their long-term home is being completed.”
Interlock Tower is part of The Interlock, a mixed-use development in West Midtown that blends office, retail, residential, and hospitality space in a walkable, innovation-forward environment. With its U.S. headquarters now established in Atlanta, AMX Logistics is expected to continue expanding its operational footprint across the country.
