“Congratulations to the 300 West Summit property management team on being recognized with a TOBY Award,” said Kate Short, Director Property Management for Foundry Commercial in Charlotte. “Our company, the tenants, and landlord are consistently impressed with the level of dedication this team puts forth every day, so it’s nice to see the hard work being recognized more broadly in the industry.”
The TOBY Awards represent an international competition recognizing properties that exemplify superior building quality and excellence in office building management. A TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive in the commercial real estate industry. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated, including building management, tenant relations, energy conservation, sustainability, and community impact.
