TAMPA, Fla. (April 16, 2026) – Foundry Commercial has been selected to provide leasing, property management, and project management services for a significant multi-park portfolio totaling approximately 2 million square feet located across Tampa’s Westshore and East Tampa/I-75 corridor submarkets, and another 1 million square feet of property management in South Florida.
The assignment, awarded through a competitive process led by a nationally recognized fiduciary services firm, underscores the strength and reputation of Foundry’s Tampa-based teams. The portfolio spans five business parks and includes a diverse mix of office, flex, and industrial product, offering opportunities for a wide range of users – from small office and flex tenants to full-building occupiers.
With 119 existing tenants and active leasing momentum already underway, Foundry’s integrated approach will focus on both new leasing activity and tenant retention, alongside managing tenant improvement projects across the portfolio.
“We’re seeing strong interest and activity right out of the gate,” said Foundry Commercial Partner Katie Trott. “Our team knows the Tampa market inside and out, and we know how to position these properties to meet that demand. We’re focused on driving leasing activity across the portfolio and capitalizing on the early momentum we’ve already seen.”
In addition to leasing and property management, Foundry’s role will include overseeing project management efforts – an expanded scope that reflects the firm’s full-service capabilities and ability to execute across complex assignments.
“These properties are well-located and present a unique opportunity for tenants seeking quality space in highly accessible submarkets,” said Alex Rosario, Managing Director, Foundry Commercial. “We’re focused on injecting life into the portfolio – bringing energy, thoughtful improvements, and a strategic approach that helps both existing and future tenants thrive.”
From a property management perspective, the assignment represents a high-profile opportunity to elevate operational performance across the portfolio. “We’re honored to be entrusted with a portfolio of this scale and significance,” said Rachel Sardenga, Associate Director, Property Management, Foundry Commercial. “Our team is focused on delivering best-in-class management while showcasing the unique strengths of each property and enhancing the overall tenant experience.”
Foundry will prioritize strategic lease-up, tenant engagement, and operational excellence to drive long-term value across the portfolio.
