As Foundry Commercial continues to grow, so too does the Human Capital team that is probably the single-most important department supporting the company’s growth.
Since the beginning of the year, the team that searches for top talent has recruited some talent of their very own, as several team members have stepped into more elevated roles, while others have joined our team (and we’re so grateful they have)!
Listed below are some of Foundry’s new and veteran Human Capital all-stars, and a few details about their roles.
Kristina Colantonio, Senior Director of Human Capital (based in Charlotte)
Kristina is responsible for leading Foundry’s talent acquisition and recruiting strategy, as well as building the company’s learning / development programs, performance management, and helping with the continued onboarding and integrations related to Spring Arbor Senior Living.
Candace Cox, Talent Acquisition Manager (based in Charlotte)
Candace joined Foundry in June and is partnering with the business to continue to grow our talent acquisition processes and candidate experience.
LaConyea Hickson, Senior HR Information Systems Analyst (based in Charlotte)
LaConyea joined the team in March and has hit the ground running overseeing Foundry’s payroll and all the data contained within our HR management software. She also supports Spring Arbor with onboarding and building their HR management system.

Ashley Navarini, HR Information Systems Analyst (based in Charlotte)
Ashley also joined Foundry in June 2022, and she has been overseeing the Spring Arbor payroll process and overall HR data. She partners with LaConyea to oversee the Foundry and Spring Arbor payrolls.
