Charlotte, N.C. (August 20, 2025) – Foundry Commercial’s Charlotte industrial team has been named among GlobeSt.’s Industrial Influencers in 2025. They join an impressive list of individuals and teams across the country, who are shaping the industrial sector of commercial real estate.
Led by Partner David Hanna and Partner Warren Snowdon, SIOR, Foundry’s Charlotte industrial team also includes Senior Vice President Casey Mulhern, Senior Vice President Brian Craver, CCIM, Vice President Ben Rowell, and Associate Richard Coen.
The team has built a strategic approach that has propelled them forward in the market. Centered around two main aspects, data and collaboration, this team has cemented themselves as one of the most productive in the market. With the help of a proprietary analytics-based tracking system, they provide every client with real-time data to help guide them to the best possible deals. In 2024 alone, the team completed a deal volume of $181 million, covering 3.9 million square feet.
Additionally, the breadth of the Foundry platform has been an asset to these six brokers; they’re known for collaborating with Foundry’s Development & Investments (D&I) team as well as Maxis Advisors, a labor analytics and economic incentive provider.

Their partnership with Maxis led to securing a 180,000 square foot lease for Komar Industries, and alongside the D&I team, the first office-to-industrial conversion in the market with the 470,000-square-foot redevelopment of CenterPoint Carolinas.
Behind each deal, Senior Marketing Associate Kelsey Ballesteros and Transaction Coordinator Mackenzie Crowder bolster the team’s marketing capabilities and visibility in the Carolinas.
