Overview
Davis Hammond serves as an Associate on the Carolinas Land Advisory team at Foundry Commercial. He works closely with Tommy Trimble to help their clients identify the highest and best use for underutilized land investments across the Carolinas. Together, Tommy and Davis work with a wide variety of buyers and sellers across all asset classes, ensuring their needs are proactively met at every stage. Before joining Foundry, Davis worked as an Associate at Catalyst Capital Partners, where he focused on sourcing and underwriting multifamily and residential developments. Outside of work, he is a devoted UNC Tar Heel, an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time in the mountains.
