Kristina serves as Senior Director of Human Capital and works across business lines for Foundry Commercial.
Previously at Jones Lang LaSalle as the HR Market lead in New England, she supported leadership with strategic planning, talent management, training and development. Prior to that she worked in manufacturing, working at Dreyer’s Ice Cream as a talent acquisitions specialist. Prior to that Kristina worked HR for a construction company out of the Boston area, at Shawmut Design and Construction.
