Marty Neilon is a top commercial land broker serving the North Texas market and specializes exclusively in land sales, acquisitions, and land advisory services. He plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing land strategies for his clients, with a focus on city entitlements, site benefits, and the prevailing market dynamics. Marty’s extensive expertise spans across a wide spectrum of zoning categories, including multi-family, industrial, single-family, hotel, investment, retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Over the years, Marty has facilitated transactions involving thousands of acres in North Texas, amounting to a cumulative land value exceeding $1 billion.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Marty was at CBRE for 18 years, where he was a member of their National Land Services Group. He played a key role in leading land brokerage assignments in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Before his time at CBRE, Marty embarked on his professional journey in Economic Development with the City of Dallas.
