Atlanta, Ga. (June 11, 2020) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, today announced the sale of two separate industrial properties in the greater Atlanta metro to Faropoint Ventures, an international commercial real estate investment firm. The sales underscore continuing industrial momentum in the southeast as interest remains high among buyers looking for infill opportunities.
Faropoint, with offices in NYC and Memphis, Tenn., acquired the two industrial buildings with plans to continue to add to its 10 million SF US industrial infill portfolio and 1million square foot local Atlanta portfolio. John Gosnell, Ryan Blackburn, Reid Hanner, and Jordan Camp with Foundry Commercial represented Faropoint in the purchase of these in-fill industrial buildings, located at 3075 Jonquil Drive in Smyrna and 4080 Shirley Drive SW along the Fulton Industrial District corridor. These two acquisitions added just over 100,000 of additional square feet to the firm’s Atlanta portfolio.
Vadim Greenberg, Director of Acquisitions with Faropoint, stated the firm has been actively acquiring industrial property in multiple markets across the country and plans to continue the aggressive expansion of its holdings in the Atlanta metro area in particular.
