Franklin, Tenn. (Nov. 22, 2021) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm with offices across the Sun Belt, recently represented the owner in the sale of the 30+ acre Franklin Summit development located along Interstate 65 and McEwen Avenue in Williamson County.

The land is zoned for general commercial use and is entitled for more than 1 million square feet suitable for a variety of commercial uses such as office, retail, and hospitality. Additionally, all zoning and entitlements are in place for up to 8 stories of commercial product.
