Pompano Beach, Fla. (September 11, 2019) – Foundry Commercial, the multi-market commercial real estate firm with offices across the Southeast and Texas, was named developer of the Cypress Pointe Distribution Center.
Foundry expects to break ground in the second quarter of 2020 on this single 150,000-square foot speculative industrial development. The Cypress Pointe Distribution Center marks the 11th industrial development project for Foundry Commercial in the past four years. With this project, Foundry Commercial now has more than 9 million square feet of industrial projects at various stages of development, valued at more than $1 billion.
