Raleigh, N.C. (January 7, 2025) – Foundry Commercial has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for The Offices at Wade, a premier five-building, LEED® Gold Certified office campus spanning 621,800 square feet in Raleigh’s thriving Blue Ridge Corridor District.
