Orlando, Fla. (March 3, 2025) – Foundry Commercial’s marketing team has once again been recognized among the best in the industry, earning two prestigious ADDY Awards at the regional level for outstanding creative work completed in collaboration with clients in 2024.
Hosted by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the ADDY Awards are the largest and most representative competition in the advertising industry, honoring excellence across a range of marketing disciplines.
For the 2025 ADDY Awards, the following Foundry projects and affiliated designers / marketing professionals were selected as winners, both in the category of Out of Home and Ambient Media – Single Event:
WEST VIEW FRIENDSGIVING – FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL NASHVILLE INDUSTRIAL BROKER EVENT
Graphic Design Manager Tara Ashton and Marketing Associate Madi D’Ostuni won a Silver ADDY for the West View Friendsgiving Industrial Broker Event in Nashville. Partnering with Prologis, the Nashville industrial team marked the groundbreaking of a transformative project by hosting brokers and supporting the local community. The event featured a buy-one-give-one initiative with the Nashville Blanket Project, purchasing 60 blankets for those in need. Inspired by the project, the team designed a digital invitation campaign and custom place settings with a welcome note, menu, and placemat-style brochure.
“We are elated to bring home an ADDY for West View,” said Ashton. “It was such a meaningful event not only for our team and Prologis, but the entire Nashville community. It feels especially significant to win an ADDY for an event that meant so much to us.”
Last year, Ashton took home a Silver ADDY that also won at the District level for the Tapas & Tecovas Broker Event in 2023. This event spotlighting Earhart Industrial Park, a 2 million square foot development in Nashville, included unique branding and a custom Tecovas boot fitting for each attendee.
TORTUGA 2024 – FOUNDRY COMMERCIAL ATLANTA BROKER EVENT
Senior Graphic Designer Jade Simmons won a Silver ADDY for Foundry Commercial’s annual Atlanta broker event, Tortuga. Partnering with South Downtown and Atlanta Tech Village, Foundry hosted the event to strengthen connections in the commercial real estate community. The pirate-themed gathering featured digital invites, while VIPs received hand-delivered “message in a bottle” invitations with personalized name tags. Guests enjoyed themed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, cigar rolling, and branded videos and menus. Each attendee left with a custom Tortuga 2024 bandana.
This is Simmons’ first time winning an ADDY, as well as the first ADDY win for Foundry’s office in Atlanta.
