Overview

Princeton Oaks Business Park is a 510,000 sf, Class-A industrial park located in a “last-mile” infill location in Orlando, Florida.  The development will be delivered in two phases. The project is located in the Silver-Star submarket of Orlando which is centrally located and has excellent access to major thoroughfares, affording easy distribution access throughout Central Florida.  The first phase, which will deliver in early 2018, includes two buildings totaling 229,800 SF. The second phase, which will start in 2018, will include three buildings totaling 280,200 SF.  Princeton Oaks will be one of the first modern industrial buildings to deliver into this submarket, where the average building age is 19 years old.
