Charlotte, N.C. (July 30, 2025) – Foundry Commercial, a full-service real estate services and investment firm, is pleased to announce Thompson Klingman has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate on the Office Tenant Representation team.
A Charlotte native, Klingman returns to his hometown from Philadelphia to pursue a career in commercial real estate after working in private aviation sales. His move to Foundry marks a professional homecoming, aligning both his local roots and long-term career aspirations.
Office tenant representatives specialize in advising businesses throughout the leasing process, helping organizations evaluate space needs, negotiate lease terms, and secure office environments that support their operational and cultural goals.
“Thompson brings a strong mix of sales experience, attention to detail, and communication skills that will benefit our clients and team right away,” said Foundry Commercial Managing Director Brian Brtalik. “His deep ties to the Charlotte community add another layer of value, and we’re confident in his ability to help solve complex real estate challenges both locally and beyond.”
Klingman graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and a minor in Business Administration. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, two dogs, and family.
