Overview
Casey Flannery, CCIM is Vice President at Foundry Commercial, primarily focusing on landlord and agency leasing for industrial real estate in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. She helps oversee leasing for a portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing space, representing local and institutional ownership.
In addition to her Nashville-focused agency work, Casey manages multi-market real estate accounts for national clients, totaling over 1 million square feet across 15+ states. Her expertise includes lease negotiations, portfolio management, and property repositioning to maximize asset value in competitive markets.
A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), Casey has witnessed the explosive growth of the Middle Tennessee region firsthand. She initially began her commercial real estate career in Memphis, gaining foundational experience in office agency leasing before relocating to Nashville to join the Foundry Nashville Industrial Team.
Casey has completed more than 350 transactions, totaling over $350 million in volume. Notably, during the pandemic, she helped backfill a 60,000-square-foot office vacancy by securing an 86,000-square-foot lease with a publicly traded company, demonstrating her strategic dealmaking capabilities during an unprecedented market and office uncertainty. And in 2024, she transacted on the $76M sale of 2 Dell representing Nashville’s highest-value industrial sale. This major sale earned recognition in the 2025 CoStar Impact Awards.
Some of her contributions to industry thought leadership include assisting in the writing and research for a national white paper on the impact of artificial intelligence on women in commercial real estate through CREW Network.
Casey holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and serves on the CCIM Middle Tennessee Board of Directors. She is also a member associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), contributing to SIOR’s Communications Board.
