Emily serves as Human Capital Director, providing strategic planning, talent management, and training & development to Foundry’s Orlando, Charlotte, and Nashville markets.
Emily recently returned to Foundry’s team after working as the HR Director for a rewards and recognition company, Xceleration Partners.
Emily previously worked in a generalist capacity with Foundry including benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, and performance management.
Prior to working for Foundry, Emily worked as a recruiter for The Vanguard Group and an HR Coordinator for a community college in Wilmington, NC.
